-Tour program requires a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date will be 21 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by tour operators.
-In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by the tour operator 48 hours before the tour departure.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located at more than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided by the tour operator 15 days prior to the tour departure.
-Three-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Three-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are either folding beds or coach beds, participants in reservations for 3rd persons and/or children acknowledge and accept the possible congestion and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only for one child who meets the age group staying with two adults.
-The services included in the tour program, breakfast at the hotel, are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall reserved for the group.
-The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are panorama tours conducted from the vehicle without entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The tour operator is not responsible for the failure to conduct stipulated tours due to local authority restrictions, closed roads due to any event, or weather conditions making tours impossible. Some tours can be conducted within the limits of public transport or on foot in areas where private vehicles are restricted.
-Extra tours are organized by the local tour operators we work with, require a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the tours cannot be conducted, or the prices, content, or vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
-Participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour accept to wait at a suitable rest area on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour starts and picked up from the same location after the tour is completed.
-Tour operator acts as an intermediary between the airline and passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may have delays, or flight times may change prior to the trip. The tour operator is obliged to inform the passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of flight time changes when purchasing the trip.
GENERAL TERMS
-General conditions are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and ‘Tour Registration Agreement’, and cannot be considered independently.
-Our tour program is organized with a certain participation condition. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be informed to you through the operation.
-In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by our agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
-Tours can be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, tour operator is responsible for its guests.
-This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
-The prices in all our package programs are limited to a maximum of 10 participants, and if the number exceeds, there may be a price increase for your groups. Please inquire about price information.
-In normal passports, it is not possible to exit abroad if the passport date of issuance is more than 10 years, and for other types of passports, if it is more than 5 years; even if the person traveling has a valid visa. Please check your passport information and details.
-At the time of exit from Turkish customs, the passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all types of passports (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic), whether from Turkish citizens or foreigners, even if they have a valid visa in their passport. Therefore, our agency does not approve passports that are valid for less than 6 months. Tour operator has no compensation obligation to passengers who cannot participate in the tour due to passports valid for less than 6 months.
-The tour operator acts as an intermediary between consumers participating in the trip and all shipping companies, hotels, and other service providers, and therefore is not responsible for any delays, damages, or errors occurring due to known or unknown reasons that are not under its direct control, including but not limited to: delays in land, air, and sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, wars, state of war, technical issues, personal defaults, and any accidents causing material or moral damages, or faulty service by accommodation facilities, because they do not have any responsibility as an operator. The parties acknowledge this status.
-Participants must be ready at the relevant port 3 hours before the scheduled departure time during all international exits. Especially, guests coming from other cities via domestic flights to the port or airport must adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Thus, the responsibility for late arrival and/or inability to participate in the tour belongs to the passenger, and the tour operator has no compensation obligation towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to conduct the check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
-The tour operator is in an intermediary position between our passengers and the airline, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
-Breakfasts included in the services of the tour program at the hotel are offered according to the breakfast culture of the country, generally consisting of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall reserved for the group.

-Limited number of TWIN (2 separate bed) rooms are available in hotels; please check your request for a TWIN room before making a reservation.
-For children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults and are not accompanied by either one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry required consent documents during travel.
-The panoramic city tour is conducted within 2-3 hours and may be held on different days as long as the content remains unchanged. Museum, archaeological site entry fees are not included. Extra tours will be conducted with a minimum number of participants determined by the tour leader and can be rescheduled according to the program flow. Tours may not take place due to weather conditions. Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted, and the tour operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
-Individuals must carry reports for any health issues, pregnancy, or medications that they are using regularly during their participation in the tour.
-During extra tours along the way, guests not participating in the tour will be directed to rest areas available through public transportation before entering the city by the tour leader.
-Tour - Venue - Tour Leader - Hotel notifications will be made by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours prior to tour departure.
-The passport is an official document, and the passport police have the authority to deny entry into the country due to any visible blemishes, stains, torn pages, or similar reasons. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
-For visa application, a passport which is at least valid for 6 months from the date of the end of the tour and the documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa requirement for Turkish passport holders to participate in this tour. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny entry into the country, and the responsibility in such a case lies with the passenger.
