• The duration of the tour is 5 Nights 6 Days, including the movement and return day, and consists of 4 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and environmental tours are packaged together and cannot be considered separately. Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, guidance, environmental tours, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for a single child accompanying two adults. There may not be a separate bed provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodations.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally provides accommodation on an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Depending on the location's and hotels' capacity, changes may be made as long as the hotel standards remain the same. The names of the hotels will be communicated, upon request, 48 hours before the tour's departure based on availability.
• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel. No selection can be made between rooms.
• Our break locations may change in terms of location and service standards due to compelling reasons such as density, renovation, etc., as long as they remain the same.
• In the program schedule, the guide may make changes if necessary, due to situations like weather conditions, road conditions, or the intensity at visited places.
• Our tour is not responsible for places that could not be visited in the tour program due to compelling reasons (weather, road, intensity at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, the guest has no right to claim.
• A staggered pricing system is applied in all our tours. Tour prices may increase gradually due to the increase in the number of reservations within the packaged tour and approaching dates. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, prices cannot be fixed without an advance payment.
• During the reservation, there is absolutely no guarantee or promise of seat numbers. Notes entered during the reservation have no guarantee. Special seat selection such as front or back is not available.
• The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is organized by the operation based on the order of reservations. In cases of objections about the seat arrangement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the program, will occur based on the number of people and the available staff. The extra tours on the way will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to resting areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in the extra tours have accepted to wait at the break location by participating in the tour.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. The tour is not responsible in this situation.
• Extra tour prices may vary by period. In such cases, the tour's date of travel will be considered instead of the date the guest purchased the tour. The extra tour price during the travel period will apply. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• The tour is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest to all services provided by the transportation vehicle, hotel, food and beverage areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand compensation for material damages caused by guests.
• In situations where children under 18, who are not considered adults, are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, a notarized consent form is required to be kept with them during transit.
• Guests participating in the tour need to carry reports related to health issues, pregnancy situations, or medications they use regularly.
• There may be delays due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the predetermined departure times.
• Information regarding the arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and the tour is not responsible for delays that may occur due to compelling reasons.
• At the end of the tour, guests will be dropped off at the stops taken. Please do not insist on dropping off at a different point.
• According to traffic laws, all guests on board are required to wear seatbelts throughout their journey; otherwise, the tour is not responsible for any situation.
• All personal belongings within the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at break locations, etc.
• Since the first-day tour will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare your essential items separately.
• Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered within the programs to be held. The necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches are created with economically tailored menus unique to the region. Lunch and dinner tables will be divided into groups depending on regional density.
• The routes of our tours are determined based on the density of the area. Guests may contact us to learn the definitive start and end of the route two days prior to the tour.
• In the event that the agency fails to reach a sufficient number of participants, the guest will be informed, and they can choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, arrangements may be made for the guest to join the tour by ticketing from the nearest departure point. In this case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. The guest has no right to claim in this situation.
• Cancellations and changes made by the guest at least 30 days before the start of service will be refunded without any deduction. Cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction from the reservation amount; cancellations and changes made between 15 to 7 days will incur a 50% deduction; cancellations and changes made within 7 days or less will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation amount.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without stating a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. Upon cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package do not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees for museum sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entrances are paid by guests.
INFORMATION ABOUT BATUM
According to the agreement between Turkey and Georgia, Turkish citizens can enter Batum with their identity cards containing their Turkish ID numbers. Entry is not permitted with identity cards other than ID cards (driving licenses, institutional IDs, etc.). Guests under 18, traveling without one or both parents simultaneously, must obtain a notarized consent form for entry into Batum. All identification must include a photograph, including for infants and children. Identity cards must not be worn out and not older than 10 years.
As of September 1, 2020, entry with old identity cards into Batum is not allowed.
Guests are required to carry their Turkish identity cards. The overseas exit fee of 710₺ must be paid by the guest. The tour is not responsible for issues that may occur at the Georgian border due to deformation on identity cards.
Foreign guests who have entered Turkey with a passport must have obtained multiple entry visas for re-entry into Turkey after traveling to Georgia. Additionally, entry will be allowed according to the visa protocol of Georgia concerning the countries to which the passports or identity cards belong.
TRNC citizens can enter Turkey using their Turkish identity cards when entering Turkey and can also enter Georgia with their Turkish identity cards. TRNC citizens entering Turkey with an EU passport must also have multiple entry visas to return to Turkey.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows guests to cancel and change their purchased package tour without stating any reason up to 72 hours prior to the tour's start date. Following cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover airfares for tours with flights. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it to their reservation at the time of booking.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
The 1618 Mandatory Travel Insurance covers the agency's bankruptcy or the failure to provide package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour price. It does not cover health insurance or treatment expenses, which are the responsibility of the guest.
